Devastating Waves Of Russian Strikes Pounded Ukrainian Rear

The Russian Aerospace Forces have again launched precision strikes on military facilities in various regions of Ukraine. The decision-making center, the S-300 launcher and guidance station, the flight crew training ground of the Ukrainian Air Force, the radar detection station control center, and the location of the AFU military personnel were targeted by Russian drones and missiles. At night, Russian strikes were reported in different regions, including near the Ukrainian capital. Explosions thundered at several Ukrainian military facilities in Kiev. According to the latest data, as a result of one of the strikes, the radar of an anti-aircraft missile system was destroyed.

 

 

A wave of drone strikes hit targets in the Sumy region. One of the strikes hit the deployment point of forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) in the city of Konotop, which is an important logistics hub for the transfer of forces and equipment to the Russian border near the Kursk region.

At the same time, a group of troops with foreign fighters came under attack in the Kherson region.

On the afternoon of March 15, a Russian Iskander missile destroyed one of the Ukrainian decision-making centers in Odessa. Ukrainian media tried to show another fake attack on a civilian facility, but local sources reported the death of Ukrainian military leaders. According to preliminary data, as a result of the strikes strike, the following persons were killed:

  • Deputy Chief of Police of Odessa Dmitry Abramenko
  • Commander of the Tsunami battalion Alexander Gostischev
  • Former deputy mayor of Odessa Sergey Tetyukhin, who went to the frontlines and took part in the battles.

In total, about 14 people were reportedly killed and dozens more were wounded.

Waves of Russian strikes began on the evening of March 14. Several drones attacked the western regions of Ukraine, including Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil and Vinnytsia regions.

One of the targets was the flight crew training center of the Ukrainian Air Force on the territory of the Vinnytsia International Airport. A repair and restoration base was also located on the territory of the airport. The airport hosts the 456th Mixed Separate Aviation Brigade of the Ukrainian Air Force and the 35th Squadron of the Special Operations Forces.

After the strike, a large fire broke out on the territory of the enterprise; but according to local reports, there was no secondary detonation in the area.

Russian forces are actively attacking the aviation structure of the Ukrainian forces, which limits Kiev’s operations in the air.
