On July 17th, Max van der Werff, the leading independent investigator of the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 disaster released a documentary called “MH17 – Call for Justice,” showing evidence of tampering and forging of prosecution materials.
According to van der Werff, the Ukrainian Air Force radar tapes were suppressed, as well as he Dutch, Ukrainian, US and Australian governments lied.
An attempt by agents of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to take possession of the black boxes of the downed aircraft is also revealed by a Malaysian National Security Council official for the first time.
The sources of the breakthrough are Malaysian — Prime Minister of Malaysia Mohamad Mahathir; Colonel Mohamad Sakri, the officer in charge of the MH17 investigation for the Prime Minister’s Department and Malaysia’s National Security Council following the crash on July 17, 2014; and a forensic analysis by Malaysia’s OG IT Forensic Services of Ukrainian Secret Service (SBU) telephone tapes which Dutch prosecutors have announced as genuine.

To start off with, Manathir spoke of why the US, Dutch and Australian governments wanted to exclude Malaysia from membership in the Joint Investigation Team. In the initial months of the investigation, the three abovementioned countries had an alleged plan to send 9,000 troops to enter eastern Ukraine, to secure the crash site and so on.
And Malaysia has long opposed that Russia is to blame for the MH17.
In his decision to speak in the new documentary, Prime Minister Mahathir announced:
“They never allowed us to be involved from the very beginning. This is unfair and unusual. So we can see they are not really looking at the causes of the crash and who was responsible. But already they have decided it must be Russia. So we cannot accept that kind of attitude. We are interested in the rule of law, in justice for everyone irrespective of who is involved. We have to know who actually fired the missile, and only then can we accept the report as the complete truth.”
The film, following that, includes an interview with Colonel Mohamad Sakri, the head of the Malaysian team, which includes clarification on what happened after the initial days following the crash. Sakri’s evidence, filmed in his office at Putrajaya, is the first to be reported by the press outside Malaysia in five years. A year ago, Sakri gave a partial account of his mission to a Malaysian newspaper.
“I talked to my prime minister [Najib],” Colonel Sakri says. “He directed me to go to the crash site immediately.” At the time Sakri was a senior security official at the Disaster Management Division of the Prime Minister’s Department. Sakri says that after arriving in Kiev, Poroshenko’s officials blocked the Malaysians. “We were not allowed to go there…so I took a small team to leave Kiev going to Donetsk secretly.” There Sakri toured the crash site, and met with officials of the Donetsk separatist administration headed by Alexander Borodai.
The Australian state radio then reported the Ukrainian government as claiming the black box evidence showed “the reason for the destruction and crash of the plane was massive explosive decompression arising from multiple shrapnel perforations from a rocket explosion.” This was a fabrication – the evidence of the black boxes, the cockpit voice recorder and the flight data recorder, first reported six weeks later in September by the Dutch Safety Board, showed nothing of the kind; read what their evidence revealed.
The black boxes were allegedly covered.
Sakri goes on to say he was asked by the OSCE’s special monitoring mission for Ukraine to hand over the black boxes; he refused. He was then met by agents of the FBI (Min 6:56).
“They approached me to show them the black box. I said no.” He also reports that in Kiev the Ukrainian Government tried “forcing me to leave the black boxes with them. We said no. We cannot. We cannot allow.”
Van der Werff, then went to crash site, and interviewed people there.
He spoke to Valentina Kovalenko, which was shown in a BBC Documentary three years ago.
According to the video, the BBC completely misrepresented her testimony and showed a different location. She showed a location that was completely different from the one reported by the JIT and the BBC.
This was not the location identified in press statements by JIT. Van der Werff explains: “we specifically asked [Kovalenko] to point exactly in the direction the missile came from. I then asked twice if maybe it was from the direction of the JIT launch site. She did not see a launch nor a plume from there. Notice the JIT ‘launch site’ is less than two kilometres from her house and garden. The BBC omitted this crucial part of her testimony.”
According to Kovalenko in the new documentary, at the firing location she has now identified precisely, “at that moment the Ukrainian Army were there.”
The video finally concludes with an interview with Dutch journalist Stefan Beck, who was repeatedly warned by members of the JIT not to visit the Donetsk People’s Republic to investigate.
Regardless, Beck interviewed Yevgeny Volkov, who was an air controller for the Ukrainian Air Force in July 2014.
According to Volkov, the Ukrainian side had no radar records, because the Ukrainian military radars were not operational at the moment the MH17 was downed.
Volkov explained that on July 17 there were three radar units at Chuguev on “full alert” because “fighter jets were taking off from there;” Chuguev is 200 kilometres northwest of the crash site. He disputed that the repairs to one unit meant none of the three was operating. Ukrainian radar records of the location and time of the MH17 attack were made and kept, Volkov said. “There [they] have it. In Ukraine they have it.”
The entire MH17 fiasco appears to be a string of lies that appears to retcon reality to a non-existing narrative. It is becoming more and more apparent.
During the June 19th press conference by the JIT, the Malaysian side, in the face of Mohammed Hanafiah Bin Al Zakaria, one of three Solicitors-General of the Malaysian Attorney General’s ministry refused to endorse the evidence or the charges put forth by the JIT.
“Malaysia would like to reiterate our commitment to the JIT seeking justice for the victims,” Zakaria said. “The objective of the JIT is to complete the investigations and gathering of evidence of all witnesses for the purpose of prosecuting the wrongdoers and Malaysia stands by the rule of law and the due process.” [Question: do you support the conclusions?] “Part of the conclusions [inaudible] – do not change our positions.”
As the press secretary of the Russian mission to the EU, Sergey Kovalevsky, wrote in an open letter to the EUobserver edition:
“The main problem of JIT is that its members initially refused to take into account any facts that contradict the strategy adopted on the day of the tragedy – to blame Russia for everything. At the same time, members of the group are not worried about the fact that important conclusions were made on the basis of extremely dubious sources: the so-called “independent” bloggers and social media, as well as the suspiciously poor quality of photographs and video materials, some kind of digital imitations and indistinguishable telephone conversations. Obviously, these testimonies were submitted by interested parties.
The strange agreement signed by the JIT members – not to publish any information, if at least one member of the group objects to its publication – also attracts attention. It is obvious that the presence of Ukrainian representatives in the JIT makes all publications aimed at one goal – to accuse Russia.”
The massive construction of lies being perpetuated by the US, Australian, Dutch and Belgian investigators as well as mainstream media outlets still dominates the mainstream narrative.

It is worth comparing the Western bloc approach to MH17 (a predetermined assignment of guilt with investigations conforming to apolitical method as opposed to a scientific method) with the approach of this bloc to the conclusively established U.S. downing of Flight 655. This difference has been identified in the following report:
– “In memory of the 290 innocent Iranians [Iranian Air Flight 655] murdered by the crew of the USS Vincennes on 3 July 1988. Following the massacre, the USA refused to apologize, the entire crew received Combat Action Ribbons “for completion of their tours in a combat zone”. The air-warfare coordinator on duty received the Navy Commendation Medal, while the Vincennes’ captain, William C. Rogers III, was awarded the Legion of Merit “for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding service as commanding officer … from April 1987 to May 1989.” (source) Three years after the incident, Admiral William J. As for allegations against Russia, such is the prevailing groupthink within the Western bloc (including Australia in which prejudice is seemingly hardwired in many being a product of Cold War conditioning over decades, reinforced by ongoing media narratives) that blame was assigned the moment MH17 it the ground.
Western bloc mainstream media and politicised institutions (including judicial institutions that are recognised by many analysts as politicised instruments) have and will continue to ignore the Russian response (and associated evidence) to the JIT report that establishes the missile components identified in the JIT [Western bloc] investigation were documented as being based in Ukraine:
– “the JIT disclosed that MH17 was downed with a BUK missile of the 9M38 series. …… Russia, during the intervening months after the JIT’s May 24th presentation, had tracked down all of those serial numbers, 8868720, and 1318869032, and 9M38, [listed in the JIT findings and] found that after the acquisition of the launcher and missile, by Ukraine in 1986, from Russia, that missile and its launcher had always, and constantly since their transfer to Ukraine in 1986, remained in Ukraine, and never again were located in Russia. So: if the JIT’s supplied evidence is authentic — which the Ukrainian team asserts it to be — then it outright convicts Ukraine. Similarly, eyewitness accounts of a military jet approaching MH17 at the time and missile manufacturer investigations were ignored. Evidence that implicates Ukrainian forces in the downing of MH17 continues to be ignored by the Western bloc investigation (with the structure of the investigation being incompatible with concepts of law designed to maintain balance) as the downing is intended to serve a political agenda. Even before any investigation, Western bloc attribution of guilt was predetermined.
Unfortunately it seems many (including Australian political, media, academic figures, etc.) are incapable of overcoming their prejudices. More unfortunate is their lack of recognition of what is more broadly unfolding.
Lawfare (‘a form of war consisting of the use of the legal system against an enemy, such as by damaging or delegitimizing them’ [source: wikipedia]) is a component of broader active hybrid warfare operations (information warfare, economic warfare, destabilisation/partition/’regime change’ operations, etc.).
By the selective approach (involving the application of political method [conclusion is established first, interpretation/selection of ‘evidence’ is made to fit this conclusion, for example as applied to accuse Iraq of having weapons of mass destruction] over scientific method [facts determine conclusions]), it is clear assignment of blame was pre-determined. But it would be naive to expect a different approach in the current adversarial context.
Western bloc investigators understood the political implications of their findings. But such is the nature of ‘lawfare’ (also being a component of financial warfare).
The prevailing groupthink within the Western bloc regarding issues concerning Russia is in general not rational (with little interest in facts in preference to maintaining beliefs subject to confirmation bias). Predetermined assignment of guilt on almost any issue, the desire to punish/isolate/humiliate Russia and/or Russians (including athletes), narratives gloating over tragedies within Russia, etc., reflect remarkably adversarial behaviour and attitudes.
Unfortunately this is to be expected and is a result of the preference of the Western bloc (and its media) to engage in a new Cold War. The new developing Cold War however is more dangerous than the previous one.
This should be apparent through the increasingly aggressive/confrontational actions and polices of the Western bloc that seeks primacy/world domination through globally expanding wars of aggression and intensifying forms of hybrid /unconventional/irregular warfare. Fear of the Soviet Union previously served to moderate behaviour. Current levels of Western bloc hubris/arrogance shows behaviour not subject to such restraint. For example:

Everything found up to this day points right to Russia and putin , but you can try forever to change the truth it will not work .

I recall a discussion at the time with some friends, that the immediacy of blaming Russia and the Donbass peoples freedom fighters was very premature and that the Western narrative was almost scripted. Something did not pass my US Bullshit Test then, and certainly does not now.
In the following weeks I asserted to my friends that Russia is being underestimated and cannot be pushed around like African nations by the US ore the EU.
The Russia people intelligent enough as a nation to realise that truth can take a while to become clear to the psychoneurotic followers of the ‘US Democracy Religion’. More and more people of the West are becoming aware that The High Priests of Democratic Values are no different to the High Priests of all the cults past and present in the world. They all say what is necessary to enslave the minds of their zombie followers.
Russians are still inoculated against the bullshit of the 20’s, 30,s and 40’s that devastated Russian society, and behind all of that devastation was a warped political ideology whose High Priests were even willing to starve its citizens to death in order to ‘save’ them. The High Priests of course lived in decadent luxury with all the base human proclivity’s available to them. Rather akin to the very long list of Global High Priest ‘house guests’ of the convicted paedophile Epstein today.
The truth of MH17 ‘will out’ , and when it does much more of the Western duplicity will quickly follow. This is why the US is now at its most dangerous, as her high priests of lies now often believe their own demented lies, and only their dispatch to the after life can cure such dillusion.
At best it will be the people of Western nations who finally rise up against their own false gods , as has happened in the past.
