The Yemeni affiliate of al-Qaeda has vowed allegiance to Saudi Arabia and said it will fight along the kingdom’s forces in the Yemeni conflict.

On Wednesday, the Ansar ul-Sharia terrorist group stated that its members are fighting along the Saudi forces in the Yemeni province of Ta’izz.
The group released a video showing armed militants which fight against the Houthi Ansarullah movement and army in the Jahmaliyah area with in Yemen.
This is the first time that an al-Qaeda group officially confirms it is supporting the Saudi-led operations in Yemen.
