Russia has started creating a local force that will operate in northeastern Syria areas abandoned by the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces, several Syrian media outlets claim.
According to reports, the Russian military will train and equip a new pro-government militia in the province of al-Hasakah. This militia will be deployed at former positions of the SDF, which have not been taken by the Syrian Army.
Since the start of the Russian military operation in Syria, Moscow has trained and equipped several pro-government factions that successfully operate in the provinces of Aleppo, Homs, Daraa and near Damascus. The Russian military also helped to create the 5th Assault Corps of the Syrian Army. The al-Hasakah-based militia will likely be used as a part of the wider plan to de-escalate the situation on the border with Turkey.
A team of experts from Saudi Arabia’s oil giant Aramco has reportedly visited and inspected the al-Omar oil fields in southeastern Deir Ezzor. Local sources suggest that the US-led coalition is going to involve experts and entities linked to the Saudi company in an attempt to expand the scale of its oil smuggling business.
In November, the Syrian military carried out a series of strikes on oil smuggling facilities near the Turkish-occupied city of Jarabulus in northern Aleppo. Back then, sources in Damascus warned that these strikes were only a first step in a campaign to put end to the smuggling of the Syrian oil by foreign forces.
More and more data contradicting the mainstream narrative blaming the Assad government for the April 7, 2018 Douma incident become available to the public. On December 14, WikiLeaks released another batch of documents that reveal mass dissent within the OPCW’s experts over the formal decision to lay blame for the supposed chemical attack on Assad. The leaked data includes a memo stating 20 inspectors think that the officially released version of the OPCW’s report on Douma “did not reflect the views of the team members that deployed to [Syria]”. Another revelation is that the OPCW possessed scientifically credible evidence showing the victims of the alleged attack had symptoms not consistent with chemical gas exposure.
These documents became the latest in a series dissent memos and documents destroying the “Assad chemical weapons” narrative. The previously released evidence revealed that the OPCW had doctored the Douma report and manipulated the collected evidence. It should be recalled that the United States, the United Kingdom and France carried out a joint missile strike on Syria in 2018 justifying the move by claims that it was a needed response to the supposed “Assad chemical weapon attack” in Douma.

The OPCW bosses are not stupid, so they must be ‘bought and paid for’ by the US Coalition of Terror.
This also puts the childish UK Skripal allegations into the bright light of TRUTH as well. Especially as the UK founded and funded the White Helmets fiasco.
At the time the OPCW stated that they ‘found what the UK Porton Down experts had found’.

The Scripal affair was amateur, as we know. It is quite possible that the US Intelligence ( Lol ) Services are now involved with the ‘safety’ of the Scripals. A de facto ‘rendition’ in one form or another.
It is certain, I think that, if any military grade nerve agent was even used at all, it was NOT as lethal as Sarin , and Novochok ( ‘Newcomer’ in Russian) opens up the distinct possibility that it was a non lethal dose of a substance manufactured by the UK or US that would cause a Hollywood style special effect. The use of the word Novochok has a Russian meme and Novochok itself can be made by any competent chemist, especially when we recall that a book written by the developer of Novochok who wrote the book AFTER he emigrated to the USA , and wrote the book that was even available on Amazon ,and contained the ingredients details. All of which can be obtained legally in the US and UK. To cap this all, the US Military had even patented Novochok.
It is also pretty certain that Scripal was prostituting himself to the UK and the USA spooks. With his deep knowledge of Russia and the Ukraine, Scripal would have been high on the list US/UK of ‘traitors to talk to’ about a faked Trump dossier, I would think. Steele was just the go-between and messenger boy.
Mesurier is another condrum. AM. Turkey is a dangerous place to be for such people now, and the fact that Mesurier died so easily suggests that he had pissed someone off. Perhaps he was getting greedy and the knowledge he had was a threat to various governments.

With regards Skripals and the US involvement, my mind is going in several directions.
US invested £70 million in Porton Down and owing to their reliance on private intelligence agencies, now getting to the stage it would not surprise me just how involved they were in the Skripals. Especially as everything went wrong. Basically it all goes back to the Steele Dossier, Clinton money and Ukraine and no doubt there will be even more dots to join up, before the end of the impeachment fiasco.

This goes back a long way, including the Yugoslav war in several incidences. Certainly virtually everything in US/UK media is a lie.
The dissenting 20 voices do not claim that the symptoms aren’t consistent with a chemical or otherwise attack, they only say it’s inconsitent with a chlorine gas attack. Small but important difference. What about accuracy here? More importantly, the bombs to deliver the supposed chemicals were in a wrong position and had too little damage.
The official report already made it clear that the attack was inconsistent with sarin and other known chemical weapons. Instead, it clung to the narrative that it may have been the less sophisticated class of chlorine gas weapons. The new revelations are now discrediting that last remaining “chemical weapon” narrative. I think, perhaps, it is you who need to keep up with the sequence of events and how the various narratives were put forward and then discredited. The initial sarin narrative put forward by the US prior to their missile attack was discredited by the OPCW itself.
