Dozens Of ISIS Militants Raided Town In Philippines (Video)

A few dozens of ISIS-linked militants attacked a town in Maguindanao province of in the Philippines on December 3 night.

According to reports, about 50 heavily armed members of the ISIS-linked Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Forces (BIFF) captured the center of Datu Piang town, formerly called Dulawan.

“Dulawan, Datu Piang is now like Marawi. ISIS-inspired BIFF attacked the town center,” Datu Zamzamin Ampatuan, a senior executive at the Philippines’ Department of Agriculture, posted on social media at 10:34pm on December 3.

Militants atacked an army company stationed in the municipality and the town’s police force, but the attack was repelled until back-up forces arrived. This prompted militants to withdraw from the town.
