Russia has quite a few options left to dominate the military operation though. It can destroy the railways used by the west and NATO to get weapons and supplies into the country. It can damage or shut off the gas pipeline that runs through Ukraine or even Nordstream 1, it can start bombing Kiev to take out the main control centers of the ragtag band of soldiers it has left. As Putin has said, the goal was not to take over the country by any means. The weapon supplies sent into Ukrainian hands will eventually run dry, the people willing to join the army will eventually stop, the money will stop flowing in because nobody wants to keep pouring money into the bottomless pit called the Ukrainian economy. How can they talk about Ukraine entering the EU when they’re in so much debt? There will come a point where Ukraine will realize it is not capable of winning this fight and then it is left with nothing, not even support from the West. A lot of countries will have depleted or seriously diminished weapon stockpiles. Lots of countries are observing the war, the dynamics and who is doing what. The EU is sanctioning itself into poverty, very successfully too by the way. Countries outside of the EU and NATO aren’t as anti-russian as they want us to believe and would rather turn to Russia and China, which can supply many resources and trade will happen outside of the dollar dominated systems which will cripple much of the US’s dominance as the global reserve currency. This unipolar world is changing and the west isn’t seeing what they’ve done to their dominance.

This endless and futile enforcing of sanctions and projection of power by the west is losing it’s power. Russia is the first to stand up to it, more countries will eventually follow.
