On May 15, an explosion thundered in the center of the city of Luhansk in the LPR. The explosion took place on Demekhin Street in Barbershop, located next to the building of the state television and radio company and 500 meters from the Government House and the People’s Council building.
The head of the LPR clarified that the explosion was an assassination attempt. It targeted the acting Minister of Internal Affairs of the LPR Igor Kornet. He survived the attack but was heavily wounded.
In total, seven people were injured in an explosion.
“All the wounded were hospitalized in medical institutions of the republic. Four men are in serious condition, among them a 17-year-old guy, as well as the acting Minister of Internal Affairs for the LPR Igor Kornet. Doctors are fighting for the lives of the victims,” the publication says.
The explosion in the very center of the city of Lugansk once again indicates that the Kiev regime is using terrorist methods against the residents of the Republics which opposed Kiev’s Nazi and terrorist policy.
