On January 10, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
Ten of the videos show a series of drone attacks that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Notably, some of the attacks was carried out using Molniya-2 fixed-wing suicide drones. The attacks targeted houses occupied by Kiev forces somewhere in the Sumy direction.
Another video from the border along Sumy shows an attack with TOS thermobaric rocket launchers that targeted Ukrainian fortifications.
One more video shows an artillery attack on Kiev forces in the city of Konstantinovka in the Donetsk direction. Krasnopol guided shells were used.
Three other videos show airstrikes with UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs that hit Ukrainian positions in the settlements of Kramatorsk and Torske in Donetsk, as well as near the settlement of Novoe Pole in the direction of Zaporizhzhia. At least one of the bombs used was a FAB-3000.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “energy infrastructure that provides work to the Ukrainian defence industry, fuel depots, as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 153 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses intercepted one Neptune cruise missile and 70 fixed-wing drones during the same period.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 670 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 108,276 drones, 645 air defense systems, 27,042 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,637 multiple rocket launchers, 32,484 artillery pieces, and 51,345 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
