On November 5, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
11 of the videos show dozens of attacks with FPV suicide drones, grenade-dropping drones, and interceptor drones that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Notably, one of the attacks targeted a British-made AS-90 self-propelled 155 mm howitzer that was deployed near the settlement of Husynka in the Kharkiv direction.
Two other videos show airstrikes with a massive UMPK-equipped FAB-3000 guided glide bomb and a LMUR guided missile.
The airstrikes targeted positions of Kiev forces in the settlement of Ravnopolye in the direction of Zaporizhia, as well as near the settlements of Boguslavka and Vovchansk in Kharkiv.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “energy and transport infrastructure that provides operations for the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine), a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) assembly workshop, ammunition depots, temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries in the 142 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry added that Russian air defenses shot down during the same period one guided aerial bomb, four HIMARS projectiles, and 123 fixed-wing drones.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 668 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 95,059 drones, 635 air defense systems, 25,862 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,609 multiple rocket launchers, 31,099 artillery pieces, and 45,925 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
