Moscow and Damascus have strated delivering humanitarian aid to the local population of the Syrian city of Deir Ezzor.
On Thursday, a first humanitarian aid column arrived the city via a government-held corridor near the 137th Brigade Base in western Deir Ezzor.
The whole humanitarian campaign became possible thanks ot a success of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies in lifting the ISIS siege on Deir Ezzor city that had lasted for about 3 years.
Meanwhile, the SAA and other pro-government factions continued their advance against ISIS terrorists aiming to expand the corridor west of Deir Ezzor and to take control over the entire Sukhna-Deir Ezzor highway.
