Since November 9, intense firefights have been ongoing between the Syrian army and Jaish al-Fatah militants in the ‘Oweija District in northeastern Aleppo. Acivity in the area allowed some experts to suggest that the Syrian military is going to re-launch the offensive in the area following the successfull operations in western Aleppo.
In the recent days, the government forces liberated the 1070 Apartment Project, the Al-Rakhmih Hill, the Motah Hill and seized the strategic area of Hikma School in western Aleppo.
