On September 7, the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) targeted the vicinity of the village of Ma’rat Misrin, north of Idlib. The vicinity of the Al-Tah refugee camp was reportedly hit.

Su-34 of the Russian VKS were spotted flying over the Idlib governorate around the time of the air strikes.
Meanwhile, the Syrian Arab Army artillery shelled the village of al-Kufar in the west of Idlib province.
