Th footage above shows the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) advancing against the ISIS terrorist group’s members north of the al-Maher oilfield area near the Syrian city of Homs. The SAA’s advane was supported by Mi-28 attack helicopters belonged to the Russian Aerospace Forces.
The Mi-28N ‘Night Hunter’ (NATO reporting name ‘Havoc’) is a Russian all-weather, day-night, military tandem, two-seat attack helicopter. The Russian military has acitively used Mi-28N “Night Hunter” attack helicopters in anti-terrorist operations across Syria.
