In recent months there’s been quite a few scandals regarding football games not being cancelled due to issues related to homophobia or racism. However, in Spain’s Segunda Division (2nd Division), a football game was cancelled due to chants against one of their players – the Ukrainian Roman Zozulya, from the team Albacete.
Fans were chanting “F@*king Nazi,” so much that the player even began crying.
Rayo Vallecano fans shouted “F*@king Nazi” at the forward throughout the first half of the game in Madrid.
After a delay head referee, Jose Antonio Lopez Toca, made the executive decision to suspend the game.

Shortly after the game ended, the league released a statement on the situation, expressing their support over the decision made by Lopez Toca.
“LaLiga expresses its agreement with the decision taken by Jose Antonio Lopez Toca, the referee of the match between Rayo Vallecano and Albacete, to suspend the match after serious insults and threats during the first half against Roman Zozulya, player of the visiting club, and at the request of the two teams in the Vallecas stadium,” the statement read.
“From LaLiga, we continue working to eradicate violence, racism and xenophobia in the stages of Spanish professional football.”
In 2017, Zozulya joined Rayo on loan from Real Betis but was immediately cut from the team, after supporters protested that they didn’t want a player with known Nazi ties.
“As I stated at my presentation with Real Betis, I’m not linked to any paramilitary or neo-Nazi group,” Zozulya said back in 2017.
Zozulya’s club, Albacete, also released a statement following the game’s suspension.
“With the support of Rayo Vallecano, Albacete and La Liga, the referee has suspended the game in Vallecas,” Albacete said in a short statement. “This decision was taken with one objective, which is to safeguard the values of our competition and the sport which we all love.”
The vice president of the Spanish club Victor Varela said that the Ukrainian forward Roman Zozulya burst into tears in the locker room due to insults from fans of “Rayo Vallecano” during the match.
“Zozulya is depressed, he is crying in the locker room. Obviously, this was a rather difficult situation for him. I can only say that Roman, since he arrived at Albacete, behaved exemplarily and was not only an excellent footballer, but also an excellent person,” he said.
In 2015, media reported that Zozulya auctioned a medal for participating in the final of the Europa League as part of Dnipro. He promised to direct the funds received “to the needs of the volunteer battalion fighters.”
Of course, despite MSM attempts to completely disregard Nazism blossoming in Ukraine, it appears that the population isn’t blind to the reality of the situation.
Zozulya has numerous pictures in which he advertises fundraisers for the Nazi-infested volunteer battalions, and even photographs with paraphernalia with Stepan Bandera, whose Nazi ideology is still quite popular in Ukraine.
He’s been taking part in various fundraisers and public campaigns in support of the volunteer battalions, but when faced with the facts, the “supporter of democracy” bursts out crying and claims he’s been misunderstood.
It is showing that, football games don’t get cancelled after racist chants, or homophobic chants, but a known Nazi is insulted and the establishment that turns a blind eye to the primary ideology in Ukraine immediately jumps into action.
There’s also misleading titles in MSM, such as Inquirer’s “Spanish football game suspended after ‘Nazi’ chants,” suggesting that supporters were chanting something completely different than what the actual situation was. The narrative is such, that when readers see the title, they would simply brush it off, as something typical that just happens, after all some football fans are known for their far-right ideology.
The Guardian and many other MSM outlets named their pieces in a similar suggestive way that misrepresents what really took place.
The reality of this situation is completely opposite.
MORE ON THE TOPIC:
The man is a bloody fool. He is crying because he was exposed – not because he experiences any shame.
Maybe he can get a job with the Atlantic Council
Soros would so love that. I wonder what stilletos he would have him wearing, when playing football for Atlantic Council and friends?

Die NAZI die!
Rayo Vallecano FC fans support Donbass people and some of them were fighting there as volunteers!
Brilliant that they are fully aware of what is going on in Ukraine.
Ironic, when the Nanzis, are trying to hide behind the ‘racial’ banner, considering who they target.
The Nanzis can dish it out but cannot take it back.
Reminds me, back in 2014, when they were ‘talking the talk’, but, only able to pick on the infirm, disabled, women, children and elderly. Not forgetting their actions at the Odessa Trade Union Massacre on 2 May 2014. As soon as they saw a soldier or anybody that would fight back, they wet themselves and no doubt the tears came out, as they ran away.
‘…The vice president of the Spanish club Victor Varela said that the Ukrainian forward Roman Zozulya burst into tears in the locker room due to insults from fans of “Rayo Vallecano” during the match…’
By that description, without looking at the images above, I would have assumed his loyalties lay with the Ukraine Nanzis.
clearly we should be hassling cheney and chickenpoo in the same manner. they shouldnt be able to leave solitary confinment except to move on to death row.
