The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched strikes with NATO missiles on the residential areas in the cities under the Russian control. On the morning of May 20, the Ukrainian military targeted the village of Yubileyny located on the outskirts of Luhansk with French-made missiles.
The total number of launched missiles is yet to be officially reported.
The local residents filmed the interception of at least one enemy missile over the settlement. The footage shows that after the interception, the destroyed missile fell for a while, and then the warhead went off in the air.

Unfortunately, the damage to the residential areas was not avoided. As a result of a terrorist attack by Kiev militants with French missiles, a large fire broke out in the residential area of the village. The fire engulfed an apartment building, other nearby buildings were cut by shrapnel, windows were blown out by an explosive wave.
According to official data, 5 civilians were injured. They were taken to a hospital.
The local law enforcement agencies declared that the debris of the ammunition used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine indicated that it was produced in France. It was previously established that “SCALP-EG” cruise missiles were used to attack residential areas of the aforementioned settlement, the head of the Luhansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik reported.
“Suffering defeat at the front, Ukrainian armed formations attack civilian homes and civilian infrastructure facilities,” the head of the LPR noted.
Unlike the neighboring city of Donetsk, Luhansk is targeted much less often by the Ukrainian military. The Russian military secured the local population after it pushed the frontlines to the west. However, NATO warmongers provided Ukrainian Nazis with long-range missiles that can reach the city and are again threatening the lives of local civilians. Earlier this week, Ukrainian forces presumably launched the US-made ATACMS missiles at Lugansk. As a result of the arrival, a large fire broke out at the former Stroydetal plant. Three people were killed and six others were injured.

re-post to add to these comments. some of which state the obvious of why the russian federation continues to “fiddle” when they could have ended this years ago… why hasn’t the government left the organization that is the antithesis of peace called the un after the orange revolution/eu/f-ukus coup overthrow of ukraine in 2014 -to start their own “un” in moscow?… not only would it have saved lives in ukraine and russia, but it also would have expedited the briics union!
