French Special Forces are on the ground in Yemen actively suppoting an advance of the Saudi-led coalition and its proxies on the port city of al-Hudaydah, French daily Le Figaro reported on June 16 citing anonymous military sources.

According to Le Figaro, French special forces operators are operating alongisde troops of the UAE military. The UAE is also a part of the Saudi-led coalition and its forces are participating in the operation to capture al-Hudaydah from the Houthis.

The French military has not commented of Le Figaro’s report. Howeer, on June 15, it announced that it’s considering an option of carrying out a mine-sweeping operation to provide access to the port of Hudaydah once the coaltion captures it.

On June 13, the Saudi-led coalition and its proxies launched a large-scale operation to capture the port city from the Houthis. Thus, the coalition is seeking to cut off the Houthi-held area from the last major logistical hub allowing them to receive humanitarian aid for the local population.

Only french? I think the whole of NATO is there.

Promitheas Apollonious

yes time someone teach this as*holes a lesson they will never learn because they be dead and scum always die as blind as they come on this earth.

S Melanson

The coalition seems to be distinguishing themselves as incapable of learning from their mistakes even if they live to tell. You know how some describe themselves in flattering terms like; unconquerable or unwavering. The coalition; unteachable.

François

Not only The french, but also the US and above all Israel… All Zionist muppets. And because of Yemen huge petroleum/gas reserves.

Omega

It’s not only the fossil fuels …

“Strange as it may seem, the answer is that Britain is scared of Yemen. For Yemen is the sole country on the Arab peninsula with the potential power to challenge the colonial stitch-up reached between Britain and the Gulf monarchies it placed in power in the nineteenth century, and who continue to rule to this day.”

Latest report – coalition bombing the airport to try to dislodge the Houthis who are dug in. The report is coming from coalition sources and since the coalition would not bomb the airport if their forces were even at the entrance gate, we can surmise the Houthis are still firmly in control of the airport.

So the French are helping the coalition. Probably already concluded that no amount of help will turn this around.

Joe

These western forces and training are really dumb. In Yemen cannot defeat the poorest equipped militia… In Syria all failed and has to beg Russia not to finish them off …

Empire's Frontiers

What’s twisted is that those leading the fight for the west don’t see themselves as failing.

Tax payers and borrowing foot the bill, but the margin on every bullet, casing, and grain of gunpowder ends up in a stakeholder’s pocket.

And that’s what they call winning.

Concrete Mike

Oh, yestetday the coalition claimed they captured the airport. Thank god, I dont want the saudi pigs to win.

S Melanson

Do not thank God, thank the Saudi leadership for handing victory to the Houthis.

To understand Gulf state media propaganda, always use the ‘Orwellian’ translator. This is how it works:

‘Coalition has liberated the airport’: Coalition assault repulsed with heavy losses

‘Coalition has entered the airport, seizing the gate entrance’: we took pictures of a gate we passed that looked somewhat like the gate at the airport

‘Liberation of the airport is imminent’: once again our supply lines have been cut, bringing the coalition advance to a screeching halt.

When the above phrase is incessantly repeated in the media over a few days, then it means: All attempts to restore supply lines have failed.

‘We are attacking the port from several directions including amphibious landings’: well we tried and it is not our fault all our efforts failed, keeping us bottled into a narrow front of advance from the south. It is all the fault of the French. They are no help, all they do when we go into battle is stand back and laugh at us.

Concrete Mike

Lol well translated.

leon mc pilibin

the zionist controlled french, british, americans are just pawns to fight and die for the rothschild banksters.

zman

Yep. As the Europeans continue to bitch about refugees, they still allow their governments to create them. As everyone correctly calls out the US/Israeli/KSA scum for these atrocities, the EU takes it up the bum from them, continuing self-destructive sanctions against Russia on fake charges and nearly folding on the Iran deal. The EU needs to dump the obsolete and criminal NATO, tell the US and Israel to FO and start to think for themselves. As Italy has just refused refugees and blasted ME wars as the cause, they have also just sent troops to Syria. How does supporting NATO state terrorism and colonialism stem the flow of refugees? The entire world needs to wake up and realize that the causes of the crimes all relate to the banksters, the true cause of woe. Until then, duplicity will be the rule of the day.

“History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and its issuance.” -James Madison

Certainly isn’t about a Rothschild, Has everything to do with perpetration of inequality as a basic right of the psychopath to hoard resources and control everything. Bankers just perfected the farming of the human herd.

If we stopped adulating inequality, the banking empire would not exist.

zman

Hmmm…France, along with fellow NATO criminals declare they will attack Syria (again) for supposed war crimes of fake CW attacks. But it is fine for them to support the KSA coalition of murderers in Yemen and to abet their efforts to slaughter civilians, violating international law, supplying weapons, SOFs and intel? This is Zionist duplicity at its best. The Europeans are in no more control of their countries than Americans are of USA.

Siegfried

“French Special Forces Assist Saudi-led Coalition…” “ASSIST”.. WTF have the French mercenaries LOST THERE?.. What about some Russian-Chinese “assistance” with some cruise-missiles into the French “assistance” and the Saudi OIL-facilities?

HardHawk

you like ecological disasters, not enough just killing each other? Not criticizing just curious.

Icarus Tanović

Let’s give them HELL!

john

Wow the French are staining their hands by assisting this criminal attempt at genocide. Sickening but not surprising considering the Rothchild banker they have as President. How can the Zionist entity control such huge powerful countries like the US and France? When will there be a reckoning?

HardHawk

or UK/Germany you think is any country in the west or politician, is not controlled by the globalists ? What planet are you living on?

john

Obviously they all are, I’m just a little shocked that France would get involved with boots on the ground in this particular assault on the behalf of Saudi Arabia. Also there is a big nationalist push in France, getting involved in this assault and the likely mass starvation of civilians seems like a very bad call for Macron. But I guess the orders were issued so there you have it.

Assad must stay (gr8rambino)

French bastards good for nothing

gustavo

Joined to the crime to lesa humanity.

Kell McBanned

Bastard French, pitty “someone” coulndnt find out their location so the Houthis cound send a Tochka their way.

Icarus Tanović

That would be great.
