Government forces have seized a large number of weapons left behind by ISIS in the villages of Babila, Yalda and Beit Sahem in southern Syria, the country’s state-run news agency SANA reported on July 31.
According to the report, an engineering unit found mortar shells, fire arms, RPG launchers, Israeli-made grenades, mines, explosive devices and other equipment in these villages.
Meanwhile, units of the Syrian Army and other pro-government factions are developing their advance against ISIS in the area east of the Golan Heights. The terrorist group is now in control of only 3 villages there and soon it will likely lose all its remaining positions.
