The Hezbollah media wing in Syria also reported that the SAA captured more buildings around the Abu Baker mosque north of the Armored Vehicles Base. Moreover, pro-government sources claimed that the SAA is now only few meters away from the main gate of the base. However, these claims have not been confirmed yet.

Syrian warplanes conducted dozens of airstrikes on positions of HTS, Ahrar al-Sham and Faylaq al-Rahman in Harasta and Irbin districts and on several positions of Jaysh al-Islam in Duma district.

The SAA also destroyed Ahrar al-Sham fortifications around the Armored Vehicles Base and in the northern part of Harasta with Syrian-made Golan heavy rockets.

The SAA attack in the northern part of Harasta district could indicate that the SAA is going to make an attempt to secure the entire district, not only the Armored Vehicles Base.
