On January 5, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) continued its advance toward the besieged Armored Vehicles Base east of the city of Damascus and captured the al-Bshr Hospital in Harasta district north of the base, according to pro-government sources. Thus, the SAA is deployed within 250 meters from the base.

Pro-government activists reported that the SAA had destroyed Ahrar al-Sham Movement fortifications around the Armored Vehicles Base with dozens of Syrian-made Golan rockets.
From its side, the pro-opposition Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said that the SAA had killed 77 fighters of the Ahrar al-Sham Movement, Faylaq al-Rahman and Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) around the Armored Vehicles Base during the last few weeks. The SOHR report confirmed that the attack was conducted not only by Ahrar al-Sham as several Syrian oppositions outlets had claimed.
The Ahrar al-Sham Movement besieged dozens of SAA soldiers and officers inside the Armored Vehicles Base on December 30. The SAA launched a counter-attack to break Ahrar al-Sham siege on January 4. If the counter-attack results in a success, the SAA will likely go on to capture all the district of Harasta.

Thanks for the alternative site to look at as I have no problem looking at all sides. This war is total madness and an absolute waste of lives and suffering , for what ???. The videos aren’t that gross and of course slanted in favor of that sides view just like all other sites.What is fake and what is real . who knows in war. The truth can be whatever you want it to be.. Been there , done that and got the medal..

When being given an alternative site by dutchnational you are likely being directed to a pro opposition or western backed site the latter is the standard case as many have links to being funded by NATO intelligence be careful of spyware on these sites.
Did you read what I said. I said they were slanted in favor of their sides view. I am well aware of propaganda and bullshit in war. I directly participated in an event similar to My Lai and the massive bullshit coverup in a war years ago where the truth was changed to reflect the exact opposite of what really happened. I am well aware that dutchnational has an alternative view but I have no fear of being tainted by what he says or shows.I am prepared to look and listen too his viewpoint but I will see the truth as I want to see it not because someone else is trying too steer me in their direction.
