On Sunday, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA), supported by the National Defense Forces (NDF) and the Qalamoun Shield Forces (QSF) further advanced in the southwestern part of the ISIS-held pocket in eastern Hama.
According to pro-government sources, the SAA, the NDF and the QSF liberated the villages of Ruhum, Abu Hawadid and Faw Shawis.
Meanwhile, reports appeared that ISIS counter-attacked against government forces in the area of the Uqayribat town and engaged government troops in an intense fighting in the area.
According to pro-militant sources, ISIS units seized a notable part of Uqayribat and the fighting was ongoing. Pro-government sources deny that ISIS was able to achieve any gains.

ISIS is lost, and this pocket will disappear next week. Right now it is possible to create pockets on Deir Ezzor area by moving troops along the Euphrates river. In addition, we hope Syria´Hezbolah-Iran-Russia ground troops cross Euphrates river to stop SDF (kurds puppets) and to stop weapons supply line of US to terrorists.
