Syrian government forces have liberated Masadah village from ISIS terrorists in the eastern Salamiyah countryside, north of the Homs-Palmyra highway. Then, government troops stormed and reportedly liberated the villages of Um Al-Rish and Rasm Al-Naqah.
Therecent developments in the eastern Salamiyah pocket shows that no withdrawal deal is expected between the government and ISIS in the area.

Slowly, slowly, a village here, a village there. I wouldn’t expect the government troops involved in this operation to show up anywhere else soon. On the bright side the same seems to apply to the ISIS troops.
