On June 3, militants of the al-Fateh al-Mubeen Operations Room targeted a battle tank of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) near the government-held town of Kafr Nabil in the southern countryside of Idlib.
The battle tank was reportedly hit with an anti-tank guided missile (ATGM). Opposition activists claimed that the tank’s crew were killed or wounded.

The al-Fateh al-Mubeen Operations Room includes al-Qaeda groups and Turkish-backed factions. The military coalition is led by al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).
This was not the first such attack. On April 30, al-Fateh al-Mubeen militants targeted a battle tank of the SAA near Kafr Nabil with an ATGM. On May 21, the militants again used an ATGM to target a battle tank of the SAA in the al-Turkmen Mount in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
These attacks are a blatant violation of the ceasefire in the Greater Idlib region, which was brokered by Russia and Turkey more than a year ago. The SAA and its allies, namely the Russian Aerospace Forces, will not likely let these violations go unpunished.
HTS is responsible for most of the recent provocations in Greater Idlib. In spite of its destructive role, attempts to whitewash the terrorist group are still ongoing in the West.
How long will the Syrians allow Russia to tolerate these terrorists? Nothing less than a total wipe out is needed.

Its crazy,over a year ago the SAA were on a roll towards Idlib City then the stupid ceasefire was brought in,how many more Syrians have to die before the Russians let the SAA off the leash and back them up to liberate Idlib?
SAA wasnt on roll to Idlib as well as its already liberated.
If Assads want to avoid dying,they could retreat from the warzones. None waant them there. That too often incudes Russians, Hesbollahs and iranians.
Assad trying to be Comic Ali with 91,5% support behind him but is not funny.
Assads also hardly has bow, arrows and bicycles with no Russians.
Internationally recognized terrorists in Idlib – al-Sham etc – armed with, and using, US supplied TOW-1 ATGM systems. As supplied by the CIA under the Obama Presidential policy and program called Operation Sycamore – designed to actively arm terrorists whilst publicly pretending not to. Obama was given a Nobel Peace, shortly after his first election, for having achieved absolutely nothing of significance to warrant the award. He then went on to green light and start NATO wars in Libya 2011 and Syria 2012 – all whilst drastically expanding the ‘anti-terrorist’ designated-assassination and loiter-kill drone programs across international airspace (the program’s estimated kill numbers are in thousands, with many ‘intelligence and targeting accidents’). Nobel Peace Prize – give me a break – those awards have long descended into a joke. Want further proof: the Nobel Economics Award was never even part of the original Nobel Prize portfolio of awards – Swiss bankers made it up and forcibly tacked it onto the awards in 1960’s – against the remaining Nobel family’s wishes.
