Guatemala has announced plans to relocate its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. The President of Guatemala, Jimmy Morales, revealed the decision after a phone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on December 24.

“We talked about the excellent relations we have had as nations since Guatemala supported the creation of the State of Israel,” Morales said in a Facebook post, adding that one of the most relevant issues “was the return of the Guatemalan Embassy to Jerusalem.”

Morales said he had instructed the Guatemalan authorities to start “the necessary respective co-ordination” before moving the embassy.

Israel occupied the east of Jerusalem in the 1967 Middle East war and considers the entire city as its capital. The Palestinians claim East Jerusalem as the capital of their future state. The city’s final status is meant to be discussed in the latter stages of peace talks.

On December 6, US President Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital sparking a new round of the tensions in the region. On December 21, 128 countries voted in favour of a non-binding UN General Assembly resolution calling on the US to drop its recognition of Jerusalem.

Guatemala has been a US colony since it’s government was overthrown by the CIA in 1954. All good slaves must do as their master commands.

FlorianGeyer

The US/CIA used the same ‘regime change’ Playbook as they use today. They armed and trained dissidents ( terrorists ), bribed some senior officers in Guatemala and provided US pilots and aircraft to depose the popular government that was friendly with the USSR.

TiredOfBsToo

Agreed, Dulles created that Playbook and though he’s gone now, his psychopathic tradition lives on.

People wonder if WW2 could’ve been avoided if Hitler had never existed, even movies have speculated on this. I wonder what life would’ve been like had Dulles’s parents aborted his fetus before birth.

matt

Since the nineteenth century…

Анрэс Суарэс

Totally pathetic. Next goes the ‘government’ of traitors from Mexico.

Alejandro Bonifacio

there’s no goverment in my country (Mèxico) just a gang of thieves

Tudor Miron

At list they didn’t support US in that Jerusalem farse.

Анрэс Суарэс

They just ‘abstained’ to save face a little. Do not underestimate the degree of submission of people that only knows how to lie, steal and destroy their own country.

zman

Alas, we here in the US know exactly how you feel.

Alejandro Bonifacio

andrès suàrez?

RGtz98

They abstained

This an exchange on SF that I think can be helpful in getting this problem resolved in the coming year:

“RichardD 16 days ago Why is the Old Testament so much different than the Talmud?

Larissa Vanderbilt Larissa Vanderbilt 15 days ago

Two completely different books. The Old Testament is God’s Word delivered and recorded by men who were many times frustrated and angry with the Jews and their constant rebellions and defiance of God. Read the books of Jeremiah and Ezekiel and you will see that they are, almost completely filled with God’s anger and severe warnings to the rebellious, stubborn Israeli nation, as well as specifically to Judea and Jerusalem. God Himself called the Jews of those days “a stiffnecked and rebellious people”. The Talmud, on the other hand, is not a book inspired by God, or even approved as the Word of God. It is the inane, perverted rantings and ravings of the Pharisees(Jewish religious leaders), wolves in sheep’s clothing, and the same ones, types that Jesus railed against and accused them of being of their father, the Devil.”

Alejandro Bonifacio

bad idea, so others christians countries will do the same

The floodgates open and more will follow. West Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and embassies belong in the capital.

Now I wonder how long before the Palestinians make East Jerusalem their official capital and embassies start popping up there? Israel won’t like that one bit and they would be powerless to stop it.

henrikrclausen

No worries about the Palestinians: They are neither interested in nor able to run a proper government.

Alder

Sadly you’re probably right about that… Its a shame that forces on both sides won’t allow for them to live and work together peacefully.

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Well unfortunately that’s where you are wrong , just that the US and old Colonial powers don’t want them to do so or get rid of the installed puppet politicians.

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Floodgates haven’t opened as you suggested seems as this is only a false gambit to try and create an uprising so far it has become a weak attempt. The rest of the world as it stands need China as they are loathe to anger the Chinese as they prefer things run smoothly. This would interfere with their way of conducting business as the Petro Yuan continues to grow the US will slowly become a lesser power in the world with reduced financial abilities.

Here are the actual vote’s of which nations voted which way on the issue. http://i.4cdn.org/pol/1513877792697.jpg?__cf_waf_tk__=092253002PIrsgk4gb1vOTBcpuRuTjFWumvc

Shahna

The exceptional idiots led by The Dotard are going to foot your security bill for this?

Langaniso Mhlobo

Why are USA pull dog puppets so quick to involved them self in illegal processes.Or are their counting on being best backstabbers just to be in murderous USA favour.

henrikrclausen

Good :)

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Just give you an end scenario so it doesn’t bore you , they lose and become an unimportant country in the future as they lose control on their allies and the EU erupts into chaos.

Hope that is good enough news for you, could tell you more, but again you are an unimportant cog in the microcosm.

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

The book is an interesting read you might learn something if you read it, it’s available in the CIA Electronic Library.

ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΣΟΥΛΙ

A Rare Book: ‘’Hebrew is Greek’’ by Joseph E. Yahuda

Why and how did the book disappear? The answer remains an enigma. If one searches the well known libraries of the world, the book may not be found. The Oxford library has one copy, but strangely enough, this copy has been on-loan for many years. If curiosity is aroused as to what the book is all about, electronic pdf versions of this book are available on the Internet. However for the real and original book one is required to pay dearly.
