After the bloody attacks on civilians in Belgorod, as well as in other Russian cities, including Donetsk and smaller border villages, the Russian military resumed precision strikes on the Ukrainian military infrastructure throughout the country. New wave of Russian massive strikes have already began and they are likely to continue during the night.
On the evening of December 30, more loud explosions thundered near Belgorod. The local authorities calmed the residents, explaining that Russian forces launched missile strikes on the military targets in Ukraine. At least six Russian strikes were reported in the Ukrainian city of Kharkov in the region.
Footage from the city confirmed that one of the targets was the local hotel Kharkiv Palace. The Russian strikes on Ukrainian hotels always result in heavy losses for the Ukrainian military because the rich hotels in the Ukrainian cities near the frontlines are used for accommodation of foreign mercenaries and Ukrainian officers.

Russian forces also struck several MLRS in the region, including on the northern outskirts of the city. The targets reportedly included Western systems supplied by the NATO countries. Among the destroyed MLRS there could be the very Czech Vampire systems that the Ukrainian military was forced to take close to the Russian border to use them in the terrorist attack on the residents of Belgorod.
Russian artillery shelling destroyed Ukrainian positions in the border Chernihiv region, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Border Guard Service of Ukraine suffered losses. In particular, Russian strikes were reported in the are of Semenovka.
Ukrainians filmed Russian drones strikes in the Odessa region. According to the local reports, the Shkolny airfield located on the outskirts of Odessa came under attack.
More Russian drones were spotted heading towards the Mykolaiv military airfield in the Mykolaiv region.

The Russian Defense Ministry warned that today’s crime of the Kiev regime committed against civilians in Belgorod will not go unpunished.
