Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and its allies developed their ongoing large-scale military operation in northern Hama and launched a ground attack on the towns of al-Hamameyat and Kernaz on June 7.
The Turkish-backed National Front for Liberation (NFL) and many al-Qaeda-affiliated groups are supporting the ongoing operation, which was named after Mu’tasim Bellah al-Madani, a prominent Saudi figure of al-Qaeda, who was recently killed by the Syrian Arab Army (SAA).
Pro-government sources said that the SAA is working to repel the new attack on al-Hamameyat and Kernaz. Earlier the army was able to recapture the town of Kafrhood from terrorist groups.
Russian and Syrian warplanes are currently carrying out airstrikes on terrorists’ positions, vehicles and gatherings in northern Hama and southern Idlib.
The situation in northern Hama is expected to escalate further in the upcoming few hours, as HTS and its allies appear to be determined to go on with their operation.
Let them in. Bring them far from their fortifications and strech their line far from their bases. Then encircle them and wait for their capitulation
No capitilation, these rats dont follow any agreements!
“Cauldron” / “Kessel” / “Mossi”. The SAA has limited resources and cannot afford a pitched battle. This isn’t Deir Ezzor
Terrorists were sucked into a Turkey-shoot (appropriate pun intended) and suffered heavy casualties … they have already lost most of their earlier territorial gains.
Both of those towns were taken under the night…
SAA is following a flexible defense plan, once HTS comes out of their holes , SAA retreats to a prepared position and blasts the incoming jihadis.
Its been effective this spring and ladt spring at abu al duhur area.
There is no way HTS can defeat SAA, they lost in 2016.
HTS is buying time its all its doing. And does this benefit the Syrian civilians? Absolutly not, this benefits the empire and its stooges.
Does it benefit the turkish civilian? No, thousands of refugees, all that money amd ressources spent on the war, instead of making that country better.
Same argument apllies to europe/usa.
This war benefits only a very select few, that gets pawned off as humanitarian intervensionnism to the stupids.
Whats better Assad or Al.Nusrah in charge?
Assad, its a fucking no brainer!
SAA is the probably the worst army in the middle east.Every inch those clowns gained is with the support of Hezbollah,Palestinians,Qudsbrigades or Russian specnaz.Without them they would long have been gone. The Arab Kim dynasty Assad is for sure not something that will bring prosperity to the average Syrian,Al-Nusrah neither.Imagine only that those clowns lost probably the most advanced anti-air systems in the world twice and even operating S300 and still getting nailed by the Israelis whenever they feel like for it.Lmao!!! The whole elite parts of SAA supported with 100 000 of airstrikes only contested few villages so far that seem to go back and forth for a month.Imagine that army versus some really regular army not those second grade militias…They would be wiped in a week.
SAA is like all Arab armies..as we have seen many times…conscript soldiers who flee when the enemy is coming…then Tiger Forces ( the only useful SAA units beside RG in times of Gen Zahredine)..have to retake lost territory instead of advance…
This coming from some keyboard samurai jihadist fag, who gets his info from the fakery of social media again fuck off edwin.
that “worst army” is, has been, and will be kicking your terrorist loving ass :))) Assad’s not going anywhere, syria will soon be fully secure, and you and your worthless, waste of space terrorists will be 6 feet under
Again go away keyboard jihadi.
Remember Hama offensive 2017. The salafist terrorists supported by Turkey will be wiped out.
More bullshit from edwin the keybard warrior and his hard on for al-queda.
please crush and stop this rat operation COLD!!!
