On November 27, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda) took back 3 villages from ISIS in northeastern Hama.
According to reports, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) seized the villages of Abu ‘Ajwah, Rasm Sakkaf and Shayhat Hamra which the group had lost to ISIS earlier.
