Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) Artillery and Rockets Regiment has launched a barrage of “ground-to-ground” rockets at the Hama airbase, the terrorist group’s news network, Iba’a’, announced on May 24.
A military source in HTS told Iba’a that an ammo depot in the eastern part of the airbase was destroyed as a result of the rocket attack. However, pro-government sources denied this, saying that the attack didn’t cause in any loses.
This was the second attack on the Hama airbase during the last 72 hours. On May 22, unknown militants launched an armed drones swarm at the airbase, but the Syrian Arab Air Defense Forces (SyAADF) were able to intercept them all.
The Hama airbase is one of three key air fields in central Syria. The airbase is hosing several squadrons of the Syrian Arab Air Force (SyAAF). Some Russian units are also deployed there.
These HTS provocations could force the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) to resume its military operation in northern Hama in the upcoming few days.

There are two things that Putin does not want to touch; USA-Israel and Turkey areas. Maybe because the negotiation of Syria partition was done years ago between Lavrov and Kerry. Of course, Israel (the main responsible of this war) is untouchable by Russia and has free action over Syria. Putin is just pleasing Netanyahu and Erdogan.

But what about Iron domes, and Davids sling comparison to the S-400 system, not even close on any parimitar, and the S-500 is going to be even better. You can boast about your planes and tanks and missiles, they are as good and sometimes better than some Russian equivalents, but the Russian AA and anti ballistic systems are definitely the best in the world. Iron Dome is very successful at repelling slow moving rockets fired from Palestine but they can’t intercept anything that’s hypersonic, and the Russians Chinese and Indians all have Hypersonic missiles, I don’t think the US or Israel do yet, or do they, nah I’m pretty sure they don’t.

Another day, another rebel attack on the Russians, yawn, it’s getting a bit too boring, maybe we need another successful attack by the rebels to get Putin all fired up again, like the one we had a while ago when Russia launched 120 sorties in one day, the day after the rebels claimed they’d killed 4 Russian servicemen in a drone strike, but the Russians denied it, that was the sort of response the rebels understood and need more of, as well as some attention from the SAA too.
