The head of the IAEA left the territory of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant. Several IAEA observers remained there. IAEA chief Grossi said the mission had managed to gather a lot of important information in a few hours at the Zaporizhzhya NPP, he saw “key things” he wanted to see.
The Russian Defense Ministry announced that the military provocation carried out by the Kiev regime on the day of the arrival of the international mission was planned. Here are the details of the operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out on the morning of September 1 : LINK
According to the MoD the military actions of Ukrainian sabotage groups unleashed on the day of the arrival of the IAEA experts and artillery shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear Power Plant by the Ukrainian Armed Forces leave no doubt that the military provocation was prepared by V. Zelensky’s regime.
The visit of the NPP by the IAEA experts was planned to take place on August 31 but it was later postponed due to the “unscheduled” meeting of R. Grossi with V. Zelensky. The reason of the changed schedule was the need of the Ukrainian military to complete he preparation of the operation to capture the Zaporozhye NPP.
It is obvious that in case of success of the Kiev regime’s operation aimed at seizing the station, the head of the IAEA R.Grossi and the mission’s experts would become a “human shield” of Ukrainian saboteurs in order to prevent any actions to destroy the Ukrainian grouping by units of the Russian armed forces.
The role of the IAEA mission in such a scenario would be limited to anchoring the new status quo, – “Zaporizhzhya NPP has come under Kiev’s full control”. This would be immediately followed by loud statements from Washington and European capitals urging and demanding that Russia provide a “demilitarised zone” around the NPP, where IAEA observers are to remain, but under the protection of the Ukrainian military.
This provocation was thwarted by the effective actions of the units of the Russian armed forces and Rosgvardiya. The IAEA mission headed by R. Grossi arrived at the nuclear power plant and made their work with full security of their safety by the Russian side. The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed respect to the position of R. Grossi and his team, who came to the station, despite the provocations of Kiev and the shelling of the AFU.
In this regard, we completely understand the deathly silence of all Western sponsors of V. Zelensky’s regime, which actually confirms their tacit participation in the preparation of today’s provocation at the Zaporozhye NPP, the Ministry claimed. At the same time, the absence of a public reaction on the part of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres regarding Kiev’s actions in the area of the Zaporozhye NPP causes reasonable bewilderment.
Such silence not put in doubt the objectivity of the UN approaches in the situation in the Zaporozhye NPP, but also leads to a further escalation of the situation there with complete impunity of the Kiev regime.

They must have heard the commotion earlier, of allegedly around 700 members of the Ukraine Forces and friends being taken out. Why are the UN supporting the actions of Ukraine, trying to take out a nuclear power plant or allegedly planning to take their people hostage?

I am not so sure. There was a heated “exchange of opinions” between Grossi and the ukrop military commander at the checkpoint where the IAEA team was detained.
The ukrops tried to infiltrate their spies in between the journos, but they failed apparently.
Obviously there are CIA controlled spies in the team itself. But I don’t think this is a big problem for the Russians. They just need to scan the air for strange wireless communications to find the rats.
After all the team will remain in Russian controlled territory. And let’s keep in mind that, although we don’t see it, there are droves of Russian aligned spies in the ukrainian army and various institutions. Let’s remember that not all the ukrainians are nazi nutcases or USA arse lickers.

Possibly almost 700, just at the nuclear power plant, according to reports. First two barges allegedly had 160 on each barge and this was followed by another couple of barges, two hours later. Plus the 60 on the fast boats. Interesting articles over on Bit Chute, if true.
This article does a good job in reasoning on the inconsistencies and coincidences connected to the IAEA mission. The projected development in case of a successful capture of the plant is very convincing to me as well. The major western directors in the Ukraine conflict had woven the IAEA mission into their assault scheme.

The problem is its not in the remit of the IAEA to place the blame on anyone for the shelling thats threatened the plant,their job is just to assess the safety and security of the plant,that could be used by them as a convenient get out so they don’t have to blame the guilty which is the Ukrainians, i just hope the Russians have produced all the evidence such as Western shells that have hit the plant so it would be hard for them to ignore.
They came with ballistic experts at the insistence of the Russians. I suspect they won’t pin blame on the Ukrainians owing to pressure from Washington, London and Brussels.

I am willing to bet in the next few days we see something such as “Russia stole western weapons from Ukraine and fired from Ukrainian positions to stage false flag attacks.” It would be far from the first time they’ve done this. Yes I think all they will report is that there is no breech of the plant and that all appears OK. They are not there too apportion blame for the shelling but to demand it needs to stop. That Ukraine demands it should be handed back to them for their safekeeping just makes a lie of the Russians are shelling it. If they were shelling it when they were in control of it then they would increase the shelling if Ukraine were in control. It also means that Ukraine knows they can not take it back by force. That most in the west believe the Russians are shelling themselves shows why it is so easy for the the propagandists to get them to believe any lie they produce.

Why were spotters for the Ukrainian army allowed to stay at the nuclear power plant?
If one want to know the actual number of spotters at the Zaporozhie power plant complex, all one needs to do is visit the HR department, and get a list, by name all the Ukrainians working there.
The smart thing to do is to bring in Russians from Russia, who have experience with this type of power plant and replace the Ukrainians there. Would you trust a murderer to secure weapons from being used to murder?
