A headquarters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, located near Donetsk, has exploded. The People’s Militia of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) has cleared a section of the railway in a buffer zone near the village of Donetsk.
A headquarters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, located in Krasnogorovka village (Yasinovatskiy district) in the occupied territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), exploded, a famous veteran of the DPR’s Militia, Anatoliy Gelyukh, said.
“The headquarters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the village of Krasnogorovka in Yasinovatskiy district is dead in the water,” he said.
According to Gelyukh, the headquarters “exploded for some unknown reason with its staff.”
Meanwhile, the People’s Militia of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) reported that its sappers have cleared a section of the railway in a buffer zone near the village of Donetsk, the Luhansk information center reported, citing unnamed sources in the LPR Defense Department. According to the sources, the works of the sappers was complicated by the fact that this section of the railway is located in the buffer zone, in the visibility of units of the Ukrainian Army.
LPR’s sappers successfully cleared the railway from explosive devices, left behind by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and ensured a safe movement of trains. “However, the People’s Militia cannot guarantee the safety of the railway, located further, in the direction, controlled by units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” the center quoted the words of the representatives of the the People’s Militia.
