An Israeli officer was killed and another officer was seriously wounded during clashes in southern Lebanon on November 14, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced.
The IDF identified the slain officer as 21-years-old Lieutenant Ivri Dickshtein from the settlement of Eli in the occupied West Bank.
Dickshtein, a platoon commander in the Golani Brigade’s 51st Battalion, had led his platoon in an attack in a town in southern Lebanon. Amid the attack, the troops entered a building where they encountered at least five Hezbollah fighters. The platoon commander was killed and another officer was seriously wounded during the gun battle. Another soldier was also moderately hurt in the incident, according to the military.
Separately, a drone launched by Hezbollah from Lebanon impacted near the northern settlement of of Eliakim, wounding two IDF soldiers.
The drone had set off sirens for more than half an hour along Israel’s northern coast, including in the port city of Haifa. The two soldiers were admitted to Rambam Hospital in Haifa with shrapnel wounds. They were in moderate condition, the medical center said.
Hezbollah announced 32 attacks on November 14, most of which targeted IDF troops attempting to advance in southern Lebanon and military sites in northern Israel.
From its side, the IDF said on November 15 that its fighter jets struck several buildings and command centers belonging to Hezbollah’s elite Radwan Force in the southern Lebanese town of Nabatieh overnight.
Additionally, in the past day, the military announced that it struck over 120 targets of Hezbollah in Lebanon, including weapon depots, command centers, cell, and numerous rocket launchers. Video footage showing some of the strikes were released.
The clashes on the Lebanese-Israeli border first broke out after the start of the war in the Gaza Strip, with Hezbollah launching attacks in support of the Palestinian enclave. Israel escalated its attacks on Lebanon starting from September 17 and on September 27 it assassinated the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Hassan Nassrallah.
The IDF escalated further on September 30 by launching a limited ground operation against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
All in all, the confrontation has so far resulted in 43 civilian deaths in Israel and the occupied Syrian Golan Heights as well as the deaths of at least 70 soldiers and security officers. On the Lebanese side, more than 3,300 people have been killed, including more than 500 members of Hezbollah.

sry that i have to debunk sf bullshit again and again, but lebanese got peace proposal from israel. the proposal called for israel to withdraw its forces from lebanon within the first week of a 60-day ceasefire and for the lebanese army to “disarm” hezbollah. it permits israel to continue attacking targets in southern lebanon to “respond to future threats”, but lebanon can’t control hezbollah’s idiots.
so this rather generous proposal will be rejected and it will end up like gaza. hezbollah will be crushed like hamas, civilians unable to kick the militants in the ass, killed. intimidating a stronger adversary and hiding behind own children and in hospitals and screaming about genocide is not a strategy that works against israel. you can only try these tricks on fuc*n eu leftist and u.s. woke. with the change of the us administration, this will no longer be tolerated.
translation : the idf is losing and is trying to find a way to end the war without making obvious it is losing. bullshit bravado notwithstanding from our lobotomized teenager, israel has accomplished none of its goals and just makes everything that much harder for itself. still stuck at the frontier of lebanon and made of gaza a ruin that is perfect for guerilla warfare.
nah you are the one bullshitting here. there is no forward position of idf that needed to be “withdraw”. its simply no such forward position. all idf did was heavy airstrike, quick raid foward and get back to their line. idf is coward weak that only brave to hit civilian and kids. there is no deal to be make with such people. they even try to starve the civilian on the camp and bombed them after they “deemed” it as safe spot to move to. what a satanic move.
lol you hasbara moronic hurenkind. maybe some 5000 hamas fighters are killed or wounded out of 50.000 and maybe some 500 hisbollah, out of 100.000. but both recruiting thousands new fighters in gaza, westbank, lebanon and all islamic countries in the region and worldwide. after 1 year and also huge financial, economic and military shlomo costs and losses. so do the elementary school math and tell us how long it will take to destroy completely both? never you idiot!
the idf coward and sodomite force couldn’t even fight the vatican’s swiss guards at this point and make any headway. they’d be heading to the nearest rome metro station to get the flock outta’ there!!
my mummy called it the cost of living
1 dickshtein down, no joke
