On February 23, Hezbollah targeted the headquarters of the Israeli Upper Galilee Regional Council in the settlement of Kiryat Shmona with two suicide drones.
The group said in a statement that the attack was a response to recent Israeli strikes on “southern villages and civilian homes” including a strike that targeted a civil defense center in the town of Blida a day earlier. Two first responders of the Islamic Health Organization, which is close to Hezbollah, were killed in the strike.
The IDF said it intercepted one aerial target over northern Israel, and there were no reports that the council’s headquarters was hit.
Later, Hezbollah announced in three separate statements that its fighters fired two Burkan heavy rockets at the al-Malikiyah site and targeted the sites of Ruwaisat al-Alam and al-Radar with salvos of rockets.
The attacks were carried out “to support the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance,” the group said.
Separately, Hezbollah’s Military Media released videos showing an attack on a house occupied by Israeli troops in the settlement al-Matla on February 21 and a strike on surveillance equipment at the Birkat Risha site from February 22.
In response to the recent attacks, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said that its fighter jets had targeted several Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon.
The targets included Hezbollah infrastructure in the town of Labbouneh and a building used by the group in the town Kafr Kila, where fighters were gathered, according to the IDF.
In addition, the IDF said that its tanks shelled an area near the town of Ayta al-Shab to “remove a threat.” It also claimed responsibility for the deadly strike on Blida a day earlier.
It’s worth noting that Hezbollah mourned three fighters in the last 24 hours. In three separate statements, the group said the fighters were killed “on the road to Jerusalem,” a phrase usually used to refer to those killed in the current confrontation with the IDF.
Hezbollah and its allies have been launching attacks from southern Lebanon against the IDF since the outbreak of the war in Gaza.
So far, the clashes on the border have resulted in six civilian deaths on the Israeli side, as well as the deaths of at least ten IDF soldiers and reservists. On the Lebanese side, more than 300 people have been killed, including 198 fighters of Hezbollah and at least 40 civilians.

good old zionist coping with saying the same thing for 100th time… moron allah is an arabic word for god. you are saying in english – “the end of faggot pervert god is coming”…
there is one god in the abrahamic religions, in arabic it is call allah, in english is god, israelites called yahweh.
go away uneducated clown or come up with something that make sense for once.
correct me if i’m wrong but hezbollah shouldn’t be responding to attacks. they should be pushing attacks and taking the fight to the idf. hezbollah know they are next on the zionist menu so why hold back now? is hezbollah waiting for something?
it looks like there is a worldwide plan.
do you know what’s the plan?
if hezbollah shot all the missiles, iran will be vulnerable. hezbollah will only engage in low intensity conflict. the big game is to topple saudi government and convert all sunnis to shia islam.
what drugs are you taking fam? the great majority of the world’s more than 1.5 billion muslims are sunnis (85% – 90%). also, iranian-saudi normalization…
i have no idea it’s very weird and disappointing not seeing them respond harder
the escalation ladder is just where they want it to be. the israelis are being destroyed economically. the israelis have to keep the reservists in the field and the settlers out of northern palestine. it costs the israeli government billions. if the israelis escalate upwards by, lets say, bombing beirut then tel aviv will be toast.
8:30 and ˹remember, o prophet,˺ when the disbelievers conspired to capture, kill, or exile you. they planned, but allah also planned. and allah is the best of planners. – quran
i don’t know much about islam but i have watched some videos about what they think of “end of the world/time”… and palestine is part of it (the suffering of them).
