Hezbollah’s Military Media released on August 7 and 8 multiple videos showing some of the group’s recent attacks against the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).
Two of the videos show a strike with an Iranian-made Almas anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) against an IDF armored personnel carrier near the site of Ruwisat al-Alam from August 6 and an FPV drone strike on an Israeli-made Drone Dome counter-drone system that was deployed near the site of al-Malikiyah on August 5.
A couple other videos show a series of attacks with ATGMs, rockets and mortars that targeted the site of al-Rahib, the Zariit barracks as well as settlements of Metula and Misgav Am between July 11 and August 7.
The last video shows a rocket attack that targeted the headquarters of the IDF’s Northern Corps at the Ein Zeitim base on August 7.
Hezbollah and its allies began launching near-daily attacks against the IDF in support of the Hamas Movement and other armed factions in the Gaza Strip after the outbreak of the Israeli war on the Palestinian enclave last October.
So far, the confrontation resulted in 25 civilian deaths in Israel and the occupied Golan as well as the deaths of at least 18 soldiers and security officers. On the Lebanese side, more than 600 people have been killed, including 382 fighters of Hezbollah and over 100 civilians.
