Hezbollah’s Military Media released between August 29 and September 4 three videos showing recent attacks on sites and equipment of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).
The first video shows a recent strike that targeted a checkpoint of the IDF near the settlement of Yuval in northern Israel. The strike was carried out using an Iranian-made Almas anti-tank guided missile (ATGM). At least two Israeli troops were wounded in the attack.
Another video shows an attack with FPV suicide drones that targeted surveillance equipment of the IDF, three electro-optical and communication systems, in the site of al-Abad and the Doviv barracks along the border with Lebanon.
The last video shows Hezbollah fighters shelling the Adather Height and the Mitat barracks as well as the sites of Ramia and Ruwaisat al-Alam near Lebanon’s border with rockets, mortars and ATGMs.
Hezbollah and its allies began launching near-daily attacks against the IDF in support of the Hamas Movement and other armed factions in the Gaza Strip after the outbreak of the Israeli war on the Palestinian enclave last October. So far, Israel has limited its response to air and artillery strikes on Lebanon.
The limited confrontation has so far resulted in 26 civilian deaths in Israel and the occupied Golan as well as the deaths of at least 20 soldiers and security officers. On the Lebanese side, more than 800 people have been killed, including 432 fighters of Hezbollah and over 100 civilians.
