On September 11, the Houthis (Ansar Allah) announced that they had successfully concluded the third phase of Operation Evident Victory in central Yemen.

The operation was launched early in July in response to a large-scale offensive by Saudi-backed forces, which attempted to seized al-Bayda provincial center.

During the first phase of the operation, the Houthis repelled the Saudi-led offensive and secured the districts of al-Zahir and al-Sawma’ah in al-Bayda. Hundreds of Saudi-backed fighters were killed or wounded.

In the second phase of the operation, Houthi fighters approached the administrative borders of Ma’rib province after capturing the districts of Na’man and Nati’.

Brig. Gen. Yahya Sari, a spokesman for the Houthis, announced at a press conference that the Yemeni group’s forces entered Ma’rib during the third phase of the operation. The group’s fighters imposed control of the districts of Mahliyah and Rahbah in Ma’rib after a quick battle.

According to the spokesman, Saudi-led coalition warplanes carried out 484 airstrikes to slow down the attack, but to no avail.

“Among the results of the operation, 151 mercenaries of the aggression coalition were killed or wounded, others were also captured and an area estimated at about 1,200 square kilometers in the two districts was liberated,” the spokesman said.

The advance from the direction of al-Bayda contributes to the Houthis offensive on Ma’rib city, which has been ongoing for more than six months.

Operation Evident Victory will not likely end anytime soon. Brig. Gen. Sari vowed at the end of his press conference that the fighting will continue until Yemen is “liberated”. The spokesman also called on Yemenis fighting for the Saudi-led coalition to learn from history and return to the “side of the homeland”.

The AmeriCunts have already thrown KSA under the bus trying to blame them for 9/11 that was inside job by CIA and their Mossad handlers. Anything to deflect attention from truth. But every CIA plan in recent memory has gone bad and this one will fail to. Houthis will prevail and roast the KSA bellies in hell.
