The Qassam Brigades announces that several days ago it was on the verge of releasing 12 foreign detainees in Gaza, but the Israeli occupation hindered the operation. Palestinian fighters once again confirmed their readiness to release them, but ‘the situation on the ground and the Zionist aggression that threatens their lives is what hinders the completion of this operation’.
