The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have captured the village of Abu Hassan and about 60% of the village of Kashmah in the Euphrates Valley from ISIS. On December 28, the SDF released a statement claiming that 71 ISIS terrorists were eliminated as a result of the clashes in the area.

Now all of a sudden, they are progressing like lightning! What changed? ;-)
Maybe they discovered a HUGE oilfield underneath? That always seems to spur the SDF to rapid advances. Either that or their American overlords no longer have use for an ISIS presence so the scum can finally be dealt with?

Why should SDF take oil there. They have more then enough for own use even its hard to make good fool. How can they even export those small fields to USA. By zuipfiles, airtransportation, barrels along eufrat or what.

I see no “sudden” in that. ISIS in a very clever way has defended themselves well from many high and low attackes.
In all that time the enemies of SDFs has told anly lies about almost all SDF figting. Everything has been twisted for propaganda use for Turks as well as Damaskus.
