Syrian government forces have liberated the settlements of Hibariyah and Khabrat Hawi Hussayn as well as multiple nearby hill sfrom ISIS cells in eastern al-Suwayda, according to pro-government sorces.
Thus, they have de-facto isolated ISIS cells in the area of al-Qara from the mountainous area on the administrative border between the provinces of al-Suwayda and Rif Damashq. MORE HERE
