In November 2018, the US and Iran appeared to be involved in a brief meme war after US President Donald Trump had posted a “sanctions are coming” meme. On July 19, an Iranian deputy foreign minister said that his country is concerned that the US may have shot down own drone over the Persian Gulf in response to US claims that USS Boxer downed an Iranian one.
Now, it appears that Iranian personnel are using photos of Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu as training targets. What’s next?
