The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation won another victory on the southern Zaporozhie frontlines. They are capturing one Ukrainian stronghold after another, taking the town of Velika Novosilka into a pincer grip.
According to preliminary reports from the frontlines, the village of Blagodatnoe came under Russian control. Stormtroopers from the 37th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade raised Russian flag on the ruins in center of the village. Thus, Russian control of at least half of the village is confirmed.

Blagodatnoe is located 4 kilometers south of Velika Novosilka. Over the past day, Russian forces expanded their zone of control to about 1 kilometer on the eastern outskirts of the town. Russian advance was also recorded near Novodarovka southwest of Velika Novosilka. To the north, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are fiercely resisting near the village of Novy Komar in an attempt to prevent the Russian military from the breakthrough on the northern flank. Probably, the need to reinforce the flanks amid the ongoing Russian attacks all around Velika Novosilka forced the Armed Forces of Ukraine to retreat from their positions in Blagodatnoe.
