The commander of the Volunteer Ukrainian Army and deputy in Ukrainian Parliament Dmitry Yarosh [a former leader of the Neo-nazi organization Right Sector] condemned a decision by an Italian court to find guilty a participant in the so-called Anti-Terrorism Operation, Vitaly Markiv.

Markiv was accused and found guilty of the murder of Italian photojournalist Andrea Rocelli as a result of a mortar attack near the city of Slavyansk in May 2014. He was sentenced to 24 years in prison, after he was arrested in Bologna in 2017 and tried in Rocelli’s hometown – Pavia.
On his Facebook page Yarosh called on Ukrainians to fight against the “unjust” verdict with radical methods proposing to take Italians who come to Ukraine hostage.
Then they would bribe the judges to give the Italians a life sentence for allegedly participating in the war on the side of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.

He was born in 1998 and the Ukrainian Central Election Commission saw no issue of allowing him to take part in elections and potentially become a member of parliament.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Donbass continue shelling civilian infrastructure in Donbass and Luhansk.
The shelling of residential quarters, a church, as well as the House of Culture – were committed on the direct order of the commander of the brigade of Colonel Andrei Hnatov. And accidentally hitting them, due to a mistake seems unlikely, since the shelling targeting is corrected by a UAV and the struck positions are quite far from the contact line.
Finally, the headquarters of Ukrainian TV channel 112 came under shelling on the evening of July 13th.
The shelling via grenade launcher was carried out by two unknown persons.

At 3:40, the police received a message that local residents had heard a sound like an explosion on Dehtiarivska Street in the Shevchenko district of the city. Investigative-operational groups of the district and Chief Department of the Police, bomb technology, dog trainers and patrol crews immediately arrived at the scene.
“I condemn the attack on the building of the TV channel“ 112 Ukraine ”in Kiev. <…> I urge the Ukrainian authorities to conduct a thorough investigation of the incident and bring those responsible to justice, ”said Arlem Dezir, a spokesman for the media freedom organization.
He also called the shelling “an unacceptable act of intimidation that could have dramatic consequences,” and added that “such violence and threats against the media cannot be tolerated.”
The OSCE also called on Kiev to investigate the shelling.
