Another video of the failed Ukrainian attack was shared online. At first, a group of Ukrainian servicemen is seen hiding behind an infantry fighting vehicle, and then they tried to move and hide in the forest nearby.
The soldier who filmed the attack with a GoPro camera was unlucky and stepped on a PFM mine. He lost his foot in the explosion. As he screamed in pain, his comrades can be heard demanding that the armored vehicles returns and takes them out from the battlefield.
Ukrainian soldiers had previously complained that they were forced to carry out attacks on areas that had previously been mined by their own forces. The video was widely distributed by Russian military sources, so it is possible that the camera was captured by Russian servicemen who destroyed the Ukrainian assault group or captured the wounded prisoner as a result of the battle.
The Ukrainian military is massively mining civilian areas in the Donetsk urban agglomeration with the same prohibited PFM mines. According to official statistics, as of January 16, 144 cases of civilians, including 10 children, being blown up by PFM-1 Petal mines were registered. a few months ago i used to say that russians should treat ukrainian prisoners with respect and dignity. nowadays i honestly don’t know if this should be done because this puppet government ordering mines to be thrown in urban areas makes the reaction as brutal as possible. to hell with these people. may they suffer a lot before dying.
imo, these people are victims, if not from the junta conscription, then from the us/nato propaganda. the best these guys could hope for is for president putin to bring this conflict to a close as soon as possible. he his being hampered in doing that by the usual sources.
