Russian soldier are constantly mutilated, far far many times than UAF are (aside from the mutilation they suffer from their own and from the sheer amount of artillery fired at them.) In any case, observe videos of UAF pows being returned. They are in fairly good health, well fed and treated for medical issues. In most Russian pow returned, there are signed of neglect, starvation, mutilation, and torture. So much so that the red cross even made a statement, one which they retracted because the cry babies in the west said it was too graphic and political being against their narrative..

In the end, those on the UAF side will either die from fighter, be found by the Russians, or flee to the west and cause more problems. The Russians will also take care of those committing these acts on their side. Example is if you observe the Chechnya conflicts, the Russian government does crackdown on soldier who have committed atrocities. We don’t see it on the media or in thw west, but it does happen. Prison, penal colony or even extention of mandatory service is all options. This happens and there are many well documented cases if you know where to look. In any case, soldiers of opposing sides should be respected in that when dead or captured they be respected. During combat, death is death. Mercs, terrorists, and any combatants that aren’t part of the opposing sides have no right dead or alive.
