The city of Severodonetsk in the Luhansk People’s Republic remains under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU). Russian-led forces have already taken control of the towns to the north and east of the city and reached the city’s outskirts. Fierce clashes were reported on the city’s bus station located in the eastern part of Severodonetsk.
A local citizen shared a video showing the city occupied by the Ukrainian military. The video proves that there are still civilians in Severodonetsk who were not evacuated by the Ukrainian authorities. The footage shows some destructions caused by the artillery strikes. At the same time, it is clearly seen that the main destruction to the civilian infrastructure was caused by the Ukrainian servicemen deployed in Severodonetsk. Almost all the shops seen on the video were looted by the Ukrainian fighters. They robbed civilians as well.

Luxury cars were also seized from civilians under the pretext that they would serve the needs of the Ukrainian military. However, neither the Range Rover nor the Lexus were seen on the front line.
