On April 8, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation officially declared that it had discovered the connection of the terrorists detained after the bloody attack in the Crocus City Hall with the Ukrainian special services.
According to the report by the press service of the Investigative Committee, investigators have already received important information about the circumstances of the preparation of terrorists for a crime, which can serve as evidence of their connection with the special services of Ukraine.
Sa for, at least eleven persons involved in the terrorist attack have been identified and detained so far.
The detained terrorists revealed the name of their coordinator. All the four attackers claimed one name ‘Sayfullo’, who coordinated their actions in the Crocus City Hall and during their movement to the Ukrainian border.
Who gave you instructions? – Saifullo.
‘Sayfullo told us to go to Ukraine, to Kiev. And they should give us a million rubles there’ – all the detained terrorists declared.
We went to Kyiv, where we were supposed to wait for money of 1 million rubles.
Immediately after the attack in the Crocus City Hall, the terrorists attempted to escape along the M-3 Moscow-Kiev highway, rushing at a speed of about 170 km per hour. Russian security forces intercepted the car near the village of Kommuna, 141 kilometers away from the Russian-Ukrainian border.
The smartphones of the terrorists, although damaged, fell into the hands of the Russian investigators.
The fugitives received instructions from the curator Saifullo until the end.
‘Saifullo said that there would be guys waiting for us at the border of Ukraine who would help us cross the border and get to Kyiv.’

The Ukrainian side prepared two secured corridors so that the terrorists could cross the border. Russian special services recorded the activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in demining near the border villages of Chuykivka and Sopych in the Sumy region. There are dense forests in the areas. The nearest settlements in Russia are no more than 4 kilometers from the border. The terrorists planned to burn cars in the forest and go on foot to the border, following the commands of the same Saifullo.
He told us: “Leave towards Kiev, and when you get to the border, not far from the border, abandon your car and call me. I will help you further.”
Saifullo said, “Call me. Then I will tell you what to do.”
The operation failed. The terrorists were detained and are already cooperating with the investigation, which is now establishing the identity of Saifullo and the customer of the terrorist attack.
The involvement of the terrorist Kiev regime in the attack leaves no doubts. Since Ukrainian leaderships is fully controlled by its Western patrons, the guilt of foreign special services in the massacre is also obvious.
The investigators directly point on the Ukrainian side in preparing the bloody massacre in Crocus.
- Firstly, it was found that the mercenaries got money from Ukraine before the massacre.
- Secondly, the terrorists attempted to flee to Kyiv, where, as the hired killers themselves say, the main fee awaited them.
- A meeting of terrorists at the border was organized by the Ukrainian special services, which requires an order from the Ukrainian command.
- The images from the phones of the detainees, left after correspondence with this Saifullo, showed Ukrainian symbols.
Thus, the terrorists were rather Ukrainian militants than radical Islamists.

This timely media operation was aimed to highlight Kiev’s guilt in smaller crimes in an attempt to hide its involvement in the horrific massacre in the Crocus City Hall, which claimed the lives and health of hundreds of innocent civilians.
