Russian serviceman filmed the damage caused by the Ukrainian strike. The missile broke through three stores of the building and hit the bed of one of Russian servicemen. However, the missile did not explode. As a result, only one serviceman was killed.
Well it makes a change from those Nazis murdering civilians,what i don’t get is how these weapons have got into Ukraine,never mind on the Donbass front line?

I think it would have helped the Russians if that missile really hit its target and eliminated the commanders. They have been horribly inpet and Ugledar has been a massive failure for the Russians.

There are around somewhere between 25-40 more Himars left because in the last 2 weeks they receive a new batch of aprox.15-20 candidate for scrap metal in the next month.

The serviceman’s family would probably be comforted in knowing that ‘only he’ died. Meaning, it could have been a lot worse if the thing had detonated. Yes, they all matter. When a report says ‘only one’ died, it means that everyone else lived.

Russia has an analogue to HIMARS’ GMLRS in the 9M54 used in Smerch, but Russia doesn’t have an effective counter to GMLRS or ATACMS, especially when they’re targeting frontline assets, since that gives less time for interception. Rear supply dumps and units are dispersed now and less under threat.
Russia should start preemptively dispersing assets within range of ATACMS because that’s coming sooner or later. Why? Because Russia’s response to NATO escalations has so far been nothing but to complain. Expanding targeting lists has been reserved for operational needs and in response to the Crimean Bridge attack.
The Dnepr Reservoir Cascade should become a target if F-16s, ATACMS, or other long-range platforms and weapons are supplied to Ukraine.
Let’s hope the nukes that the Yanks have prepared are also this crappy.
