Ukrainian servicemen proudly shared their invention in service with air defence forces. On the video, Ukrainian soldier is targeting Russian UAV with a homemade anti-aircraft gun made of 6 Kalashnikov assault rifles.
His comrad uses a Degtyarev light machine gun which was deployed with the Soviet Army in the middle of the 20th century.
The video proves that the Ukrainian military equipment is not performing its tasks well. The ‘innovative’ anti-aircraft gun made of Kalashnikov assault rifles may help the Ukraininan military to increasing the accuracy of shooting. It can be usefull only against some cheap small drones used by the warring sides for reconnaissance and bomb dropping. However, it absolutely useless against Russian UAVs like Geranium etc.
but did it hit anything ???
seagulls and crows but they quickly fled the area.
the us puppet should call on his line manager in washingtub for all the gatling guns he can send. there’s no point in using homemade equipment against a russian army.:)
pathetic………..
as price per unit for the lancets falls, more of them will be fired at ukranian ground targets human or mechanical, and with a final inbound speed probably close to 200 mph you wont have time to shoot at it. good hearing, keen vision, blind luck, and good sneakers will be the only effective defense there. lawn darts….of death!!!!!
you don’t even need kalasnikovs. just through some stones and the russian jets will be falling from the sky.
why don’t you go to the front line and try that then
pathetic. better of using a shotgun as per clay pigeon shooting.
uruks and their crazy shit 😀😀😃
slava orkraine!
they could get frisbies from the beaches of california and try hitting drones with them, lol. or they could collect all the rubbish off the streets of france and throw that at the drones.
they‘re inventive. still, nothing compared with professional russian military river-speedboats.
desperate times call for desperate measures? haven’t seen any rifle effective as airdefense weapon.
when will southfront start banning non-sensical offensive commentators on the comments?
1. it’s inexpensive, 2. it covers a domain that is overkill for a pantsir. in the future, i’d replace this with a camera controlled machine gun or laser to do the same thing but such a system does not yet exist in any army.
