They did a good job overall, including hiding behind disabled vehicle. That’s probably saved them. not sure it’s worth to risk another vehicle tho.

Men are inside vehicles. If they are ambushed, and most likely they will be ambushed in these kind of risky operation, then you lose both men and equipment.
The LPR and DRP guys show a lot of courage. If the Russian Army had the will to fight as much as the DPR and LPR soldiers, this war would not be even close.

Without doubt a risky but heroic rescue. It’s a great example of the bravery, the great comradeship and professionalism within the Russian armed forces. A good army doesn’t leave it’s men to die on the battlefield. Well done.
