The Armed Forces of Ukraine are blowing up the apartment buildings they lose. It was previously reported that the Ukrainian military does not bother to save the city that they are “defending from cruel Russians”. The following video from Bakhmut confirmed the reports.
The video shows that the multi-storey building was not destroyed by a strike but was mined and destroyed by the retreating forces. Destruction of the apartment buildings prevents the advancing Russian forces from deploying firing points on the upper floors.
However, the Ukrainian military is ordered to destroy houses and the Nazis do not bother that there are civilians hiding in the basements. This was confirmed by testimonies of people who were evacuated by Wagner fighters. Ukrainian Nazis are intentionally killing civilians who have been surviving in their basements for months:
