Russian military sources shared an illustrative video of one of Russian attacks on Ukrainian military positions near the village of Verbovoe in the Zaporozhie region. The footage clearly shows the tactics of Russian assault operations.
Russian paratroopers approach the enemy trenches on several armored vehicles under artillery fire. After Ukrainian trenches are heavily shelled by Russian artillery and BMD-4 amphibious infantry fighting vehicles, Russian assault groups launch the mop up operation. Ukrainian servicemen who attempt to resist are destroyed. Several Ukrainian servicemen layed down their weapons and survived.
