On March 21, the Russian Defense Ministry released a video showing a precise strike on the gathering point of military equipment of the Ukrainain Armed Forces in the Vynohradar district of the Kyiv area.
According to the statement, units of Kyiv’s forces were hiding behind civilian buildings and were using multiple rocket launchers against Russian troops. The area of the nearby shopping center was used as a large base for storing rocket-propelled ammunition and reloading multiple launch rocket systems.
On the night of March 21, a battery of Ukrainian multiple launch rocket systems and their ammunition storage base in this non-functioning shopping center were destroyed in a strike with high-precision long-range weapons.

Of course the media in my country (UK) are totally ignoring the real reason for the strike on this complex. As with the hospital last week, it’s the usual ‘Evil Putin deliberately attacks civiliians’ bullshit.
There are 2 obvious questiions that the MSM have deliberately avoided asking as regards both instances:
1). The number of people reportedly killed were less than 10 in number (each) for both strikes. A shopping centre and a hospital are the kind of places, especially a hospital in wartime, that should be absolutely FULL OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN. IF that was the case, then the combined death toll for both strikes would have been in the thousands! So why do the MSM not ask why so few people died from such utter destruction?
2). If Russia was deliberately trying to terrorize and kill civillians, or simply did not care about civillian deaths, then why did they not immediately flatten Kiev with their space age missiles at the start of the campaign?
Clearly both buildings had been repurposed long before the Russians levelled them. The only reason this campaign has gone on so long is that they are trying to avoid civillian casualties as much as is possible.

First off all I am not pro Russian nor pro Ukraine, trying to watch all this in objective manner, because if we believe in every lie on internet, what is the point then? – I just want to know, if Russia have so much experience in wars (Georgia, Dagestan, Syria) especially in urban warfare, how come Russian army didn’t use all their military technology aspects in the first days of war? They didn’t use drones, anti air defense also didn’t use and all that stuff that can make a difference, that cost many lives in Russian ranks. I thought that fast military storm is the goal, which would lower death toll on both sides. – also I want to know is there a way to watch RT videos on internet? I mean we talk about censorship and somehow internet bans all videos and news from Russia, how that is even justified? Where is the objectivity in all that? Hey jag, First question: Putin is actually not a shock n awe leader. He hits hard, gives his opponent a chance to surrender/peace negotiations/etc, and if not, hits again, gives his opponent a chance again, and does this over and over again. He repeats the same tactic in all military operations, just his style.
Second question: Its easy to bypass all that stuff from something as simple as using a different browser such as waterfox, to using a VPN, to spoofing ur computers location, etc etc. Start with the first suggestion and work ur way down.
Also, I am perfectly able to see RT.com with waterfox just fine at the time of this writing.

For example, in Syria, Russian forces had losses but that was occasionally, an exception, there was not so many Russian troops on the ground in Syria, that is the point of course but again, you can’t give someone a chance to use drones on your troops… If Russia would use all their military technological arsenal, that would reduce soldiers losses. In Georgia lasted for 12 days I think.
The Russians use only a small part of their armies in Ukraine. The main force is ready to face NATO in the event of a conflict. The losses the Russians have are not great in relation to war over such large areas. One can assume that Ukraine has 3-4 times as large losses. Defenders of fixed positions do not have the same flexibility as an attacker has.
